摘要 根据某冷轧厂平整线工艺特点,针对入口段钢卷步进梁工作中出现的车轮跑偏、运行不稳定、运输钢卷效率较低等问题进行分析研究,提出了合理的解决方案,设计了工作稳定装置,以实践方式验证了设计方案的有效性,生产线连续运行,提高了生产效率、减少了安全隐患。 Based on process characteristics of the flat line in a certain cold rolling plant,aiming at situations of wheel deviation,unstable operation,lower steel coil transmission efficiency during steel coil walking beam working at entrance section,the issues have been analyzed and researched to put forward reasonable solutions.Working stabilizing device has been designed and effectiveness of the design project has been verified by practical method,finally the production line operated successively to improve production efficiency and reduce safety accidents.
