摘要
通过理化检测手段,对35CrMoA圆钢棒表面纵向裂纹的产生原因进行了研究,实验结果表明,开裂圆钢棒件表面纵向裂纹缺陷的性质为应力裂纹,产生在调质热处理工序前。
The causes of longitudinal cracks on the surface of 35CrMoA round steel bar have been studied by means of physical and chemical test.The experimental results show that the longitudinal cracks defects on the surface of cracked round steel bar are stress crack,which occurred before the quenching and tempering heat treatment.
