摘要
针对目前双轴磁传感器的标定方法在测量滚转角时存在测量误差散布较大问题,提出了基于椭圆拟合的双轴磁传感器标定方法。该方法利用双轴磁传感器的输出具有椭圆性的特点,通过在固定点测量多组磁传感器输出数据,采用最小二乘法对测量结果进行椭圆拟合,求出其误差标定参数,对磁传感器进行补偿标定。测试结果表明,基于椭圆拟合的双轴磁传感器标定方法能有效降低磁传感器测量误差散布。
In order to solve the problem of large error dispersion in the measurement of roll angle in the current calibration method of biaxial magnetic sensor,a calibration method of biaxial magnetic sensor based on ellipse fitting was proposed.Due to the output of biaxial magnetic sensor had the characteristics of ellipse,by measuring the output data of several groups of magnetic sensors at the fixed point,the ellipse fitting of the measurement results was carried out by the least square method,and the error calibration parameters were obtained,and the magnetic sensor was compensated and calibrated.Test results showed that the calibration method of biaxial magnetic sensor based on ellipse fitting could effectively reduce the measurement error dispersion of magnetic sensor.
