摘要
研究提取温度、提取时间和料液比对杜香精油提取率的影响,通过气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)分析杜香精油成分.结果表明:利用蒸馏法提取杜香精油的最佳工艺为温度98℃,时间3 h,料液比1∶4,提取率为2.04%;温度对杜香精油提取率的影响最大,其次是料液比,提取时间的影响最小.在杜香精油中共鉴定出72种已知化合物,占精油总含量的85.29%,主要为萜烯、酚、酯、醇、芳香类化合物.
This thesis researches the effects of extraction temperature,time and liquid to solid ratio on the extraction rate of Ledum palustre essential oil,analyzing the composition of Ledum palustre L.essential oil by means of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The results show that the best process for extracting Ledum palustre L.essential oil includes 98℃,3 h,liquid to solid ration of 1∶4 and 2.04%extraction rate and the temperature has the biggest effects on the extraction rate of essential oil,followed by the liquid to solid ratio,with the extraction time exerting the least effect.72 known compounds are identified in Ledum palustre essential oil,accounting for 85.29%of the total essential oil,and they are mainly terpenes,phenols,esters,alcohols and aromatic compounds.
