摘要
樟树(Cinnamomum camphora)是我国重要的香料树种之一,具有较高的经济价值.扦插能够保持母本的优良性状,是樟树无性繁殖的重要方式.以樟树枝条为材料,研究生长调节剂种类及质量浓度、树龄、化学型、插穗长度和直径、插穗发育状况、插穗采集部位、移栽时间对樟树绿枝扦插生根和成活率的影响.结果表明:吲哚丁酸(IBA)处理芳樟插穗生根率最高,其次是双吉尔(GGR),萘乙酸(NAA)较差,3000 mg/L是芳樟扦插生根适宜质量浓度.树龄、化学型和IBA浓度对樟树扦插生根有显著影响,3 a生芳樟、柠檬醛樟和异樟生根率高达90%以上,生根能力显著高于成年期材料.柠檬醛樟、异樟、脑樟和龙脑樟生根能力好于芳樟,芳樟较难诱导生根.3000 mg/L IBA是芳樟、脑樟、龙脑樟和异樟最适生根质量浓度,柠檬醛樟最适生根质量浓度为2000 mg/L.插条长度15 cm、直径0.5cm左右,脑樟插穗生根率最高.1 a生半木质化嫩梢生根率(71.43%)显著高于2 a生木质化顶梢(3.33%),阳枝生根率(84.62%)显著高于阴枝(18.95%).扦插苗当年移栽容易发生冻害,第2年3月初进行移栽成活率高达90%以上.
Cinnamomum camphora is one of important perfume tree species in China,which has high economic value.Cutting propagation can maintain the excellent character of the female parent,which is an important way to asexual reproduction of C.camphora.The branches from C.camphora was used as the material to study the effects of different types and contents of exogenous hormones,age,chemical types,length and diameter of cutting,de velopment status,location of cutting and transplanting time on rooting and survival of C.camphora leafy cuttings.The results showed that the highest rooting rate was observed in C.camphora of linalool type from IBA treatment,followed by GGR,and the worst is with NAA treatment.The rooting rates of linalool C.camphora of linalool type cuttings were significantly higher in the treatment of 3000 mg/L than the other treatments.The rooting rates were also significantly affected by the age,chemical types and IBA dosage.Rooting rates of juvenile C.camphora of linalool,lemon,and cineol type from 3-years old seedlings were higher(up to 90%)than those of adult materials.The rooting ability of C.camphora from lemon,cineol,camphor and borneol type was better than that of linalool type.The optimum IBA dosage for C.camphora of linalool,borneol,camphor and cineol type was 3000 mg/L,while the optimum rooting concentration of C.camphora of lemon type was 2000 mg/L.15 cm length and 0.5 cm diameter of C.camphora of camphor type cuttings were more easily for rooting than the other treatments.The rooting rates from semi-lignified apical shoots(71.43%)and sunny branch(84.62%)were also significantly higher than of biennial lignified shoots(3.33%)and shade branch(18.95%).It is easy to freeze injury in the year to transplanting cuttings,and the transplanting survival rate is over 90%in early March of the next year.
