正硅酸乙酯-KH-570复合浸渍改性速生杨木 被引量:1

摘要 以正硅酸乙酯-KH-570为浸渍液浸渍改性速生杨木,提高其物理性能.利用单因素试验,采用常压浸渍方法对速生杨木进行浸渍处理,以正硅酸乙酯与KH-570物质的量比为变量,吸水率、体积湿涨率、气干缩率、疏水性为评价指标,优化正硅酸乙酯与KH-570的最佳物质的量比.通过红外光谱、DSC分析浸渍机理.结果表明:正硅酸乙酯与KH-570的最佳物质的量比为1∶0.75,吸水率降低47.76%,体积湿涨率降低28.16%,气干缩率降低15.32%,处理材表面与水滴接触角为91°,达到疏水级别. Ethly orthosilicate-KH-570 as the impregnation solution,impregnated modified fast-growing Poplar,which can improve its physical properties.The fast-growing poplar was treated by using single factor experiment,taking the molar ratio of ethyl orthosilicate and KH-570 as a variable,taking water absorption rate,swelling rate,air drying shrinkage rate,hydrophobicity as evaluation criterions,molar ratio of ethyl orthosilicate to KH-570 was optimized.Infrared spectrum analysis and DSC analysis were used to study the impregnation mechanism.The results show that the optimal molar ratio of ethyl orthosilicate to KH-570 is 1∶0.75,water absorption rate reduced 47.76%,swelling rate reduced 28.16%,air drying shrinkage rate reduced 15.32%,contact angle between surface and water drop was 91°,and reached hydrophobic level.
