摘要 为了探究初始阶段损伤对气泡混合轻质土(foam mixed lightweight soil,FMLS)强度的影响规律,基于相似理论提出适用于FMLS的模拟初始阶段损伤的室内试验原理和方法,设计正交试验对影响FMLS初始阶段损伤的因素进行研究。试验结果表明:FMLS初始阶段形成损伤的关键影响因素为水胶比以及泡沫含量、施工阶段的界面工艺(施工浇筑龄期、浇筑边界设置)和充填工艺(浇筑均匀性、浇筑厚度);基于相似理论给出相关的试验参数,通过室内模拟FMLS初始阶段损伤的试验,得出界面工艺和充填工艺引起的初始阶段损伤对气泡混合轻质土抗压强度的影响规律;基于极差、方差分析影响FMLS抗压强度的因素,影响程度从大到小依次为泡沫含量、充填工艺、水胶比、界面工艺。 In order to explore the influence rule of initial damage on the strength of foam mixed lightweight soil(FMLS),a laboratory test principle and method for FMLS simulation of initial damage was proposed based on the similarity theory.And orthogonal test was designed to study the factors affecting the initial damage of FMLS.The test results show that the key factors affecting the formation of damage in the initial stage of FMLS are water-binder ratio,foam content,interfacial process(construction age,setting of casting boundary)and filling process(casting uniformity,casting thickness).Based on the similarity theory,the relevant test parameters are given.Through the indoor simulation of FMLS initial damage test,the influence law of initial damage caused by interface technology and filling technology on the compressive strength of foam mixed lightweight soil is obtained.Based on range analysis and variance analysis,the factors affecting the compressive strength of FMLS are foam content,filling process,water-binder ratio,and interface process according to the degree of impact.
