智能交互式感兴趣区域选取的CEST磁共振图像分析展示系统 被引量:1

摘要 化学交换饱和转移(chemical exchange saturation transfer, CEST)磁共振成像(MRI)是一种新型的磁共振成像对比机制,可对其他常规MRI成像模态中难以检测到的生化成分,如蛋白质、肽类、糖和关键代谢小分子等实现灵敏、特异的非侵入性活体成像。活体CEST成像需要经过较为繁琐的后处理步骤,特别是人工勾画ROI存在着效率低、误差大和主观性等缺点。文中以Matlab GUI作为工具,建立了一套智能交互式ROI选取及Z谱分析展示系统。该系统基于区域生长算法及ASM算法实现了半自动与自动选取不同类型CEST对比图像ROI的功能,提升了CEST量化分析效率和准确度。在此基础上,还将CEST数据后处理的B0校正及Z谱拟合等全套流程集成为一个模块,从而为研究人员应用CEST MRI进行临床和预临床研究提供了便利条件。 Chemical exchange saturation transfer(CEST)magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)is a new type of magnetic resonance imaging contrast mechanism.This imaging technology can achieve sensitive and specific in vivo imaging of biochemical components that are difficult to detect in other conventional MRI imaging modes,such as proteins,peptides,sugars,and key metabolic small molecules.In vivo CEST imaging requires more cumbersome post-processing steps.In particular,manually delineating ROI has the disadvantages of low efficiency,large error,and subjectivity.This article uses Matlab GUI as a tool to establish a set of intelligent interactive ROI selection and Z spectrum analysis and display system.Based on the area growth algorithm and the ASM algorithm,the system realizes the function of semi-automatically selecting different types of CEST to compare image ROI,which improves the efficiency and accuracy of CEST quantitative analysis.On this basis,the B 0 correction of CEST data post-processing,Z spectrum fitting and other complete processes are integrated into a module,which provides convenient conditions for researchers to use CEST MRI for clinical and pre-clinical research.
