温阳汤加味联合艾司唑仑对脑梗塞合并失眠患者神经功能及睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Wenyang Decoction Combined with Estazolam on Neurological Function and Sleep Qual-ity in Patients with Cerebral Infarction Complicated with Insomnia

目的分析温阳汤加味联合艾司唑仑对脑梗塞合并失眠患者神经功能及睡眠质量的影响。方法随机选取我院2017年1月-2018年1月收治的脑梗塞合并失眠患者80例,采用双盲法将其分成对照组与联合组,每组40例,分别接受艾司唑仑治疗、温阳汤加味联合艾司唑仑治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、睡眠障碍、脑神经功能及中医症候积分。结果对照组与联合组患者临床疗效差异比较有统计学意义(Z=-13.654,P<0.05)。治疗前对照组与联合组患者SDRS评分差异比较无统计学意义(t=0.051,P>0.05),治疗后评分降低;其中联合组患者SDRS评分低于对照组(t=7.512,P<0.05)。治疗前对照组与联合组患者NIHSS评分差异比较无统计学意义(t=0.077,P>0.05),治疗后降低;其中联合组患者NIHSS评分低于对照组(t=6.081,P<0.05)。联合组患者失眠、全身或局部微寒肢冷、舌淡胖苔白润、夜尿频多评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温阳汤加味联合艾司唑仑治疗脑梗塞合并失眠可明显改善患者神经功能及睡眠质量,缓解失眠症状,建议使用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Wenyang decoction combined with estazolam on neurological function and sleep quality in patients with cerebral infarction and insomnia.Methods 80 patients with cerebral infarction and insomnia treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were enrolled and equally divided into two groups for different treatments.Then various indexes were compared.ResultsThe SDRS,NIHSS and TCM syndrome scores had no difference between groups before treatment(P>0.05),which were all better in the combined group than in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy had no difference between groups(P>0.05).ConclusionApplication of Wenyang decoction combined with estazolam is recommended forpatients with cerebral infarction and insomnia.
