阿司匹林辅助治疗对多囊卵巢综合征患者子宫内膜发育及促排卵的影响

Effect of Aspirin Adjuvant Therapy on Endometrial Development and Ovulation Induction in Pa-tients with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的分析阿司匹林辅助治疗对多囊卵巢综合征患者子宫内膜发育及促排卵的影响。方法回顾2016年1月-2018年1月收治的多囊卵巢综合征患者资料120例,其中60例患者自愿接受来曲唑治疗(对照组);另60例患者自愿接受阿司匹林辅助治疗(治疗组)。比较两组患者子宫内膜情况、雌激素水平、排卵情况、妊娠情况。结果治疗组患者Salle评分低于治疗组(P<0.05),内膜厚度、子宫动脉PI小于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患者FSH、LH、E2水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患者成熟卵细胞个数多于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患者生化妊娠、自然妊娠率高于对照组(P<0.05),早期流产率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿司匹林辅助治疗能改善多囊卵巢综合征患者子宫内膜发育,降低雌激素水平,促排卵,提高妊娠率,建议使用。

Objective To investigate the effect of aspirin adjuvant therapy on endometrial development and ovulation induction in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods The data of 120 PCOS patients treated in our hospital between January 2016 and January 2018 were reviewed;Patients were equally divided into two groups.Control group received theletrozole,while the treatment group received the aspirin.Endometrium,estrogen level,ovulation and pregnancy were compared between the two groups.Results The Salle score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the endometrial thickness and uterine artery PI were smaller than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of FSH,LH and E2 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The number of mature oocyte in treatment group was more than that in control group(P<0.05).The rate of biochemical pregnancy and natural pregnancy in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the rate of early abortion was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Aspirin adjuvant therapy can improve endometrial development,reduce estrogen level,promote ovulation and increase pregnancy rate in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.It is recommended.
