摘要
目的探讨以家庭为中心的护理干预对癫痫患者治疗依从性及认知功能的影响。方法选择2017年9月-2018年9月我院收治的90例癫痫患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施以家庭为中心的护理干预,比较两组患者依从性及认知功能。结果护理后,与对照组相比,观察组认知功能评分及依从性均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以家庭为中心的护理干预可有效改善癫痫患者的认知功能,提高治疗依从性。
Objective To explore the effect of family-centered nursing intervention on treatment compliance and cognitive function of epilepsy patients.Methods Ninety patients with epilepsy admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given family-centered nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Compliance and cognitive function were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,compared with the control group,the cognitive function score and compliance of the observation group were higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Family-centered nursing intervention can effectively improve cognitive function and treatment compliance of epilepsy patients.
