水解无患子皂苷对化学镀镍的影响

摘要 为了提高环保性化学镀镍溶液的性能,考察自然界形成的萜类化合物对化学镀镍溶液的影响,将无患子皂苷在60~80℃热水中搅拌溶解,再加入适量氢氧化钠搅拌溶解,在80℃下保温4 h,得到水解无患子皂苷溶液。取一定量水解无患子皂苷溶液添加到化学镀镍溶液中,从不同添加量对紫铜基材的适用性、镀液的稳定性、镀速、镀层外观、耐蚀性、防腐蚀性等方面进行了试验研究。结果表明:水解后的无患子皂苷对化学镀镍的镀液稳定性、镀层微观结构、耐蚀性有正向作用,对镀速产生一定的负影响,可为实际应用起到一定指导作用。 In order to improve the performance of environment-friendly electroless nickel plating solution,the effect of natural terpenoids on electroless nickel plating solution was investigated.The sapindus saponin was stirred and dissolved in hot water at 60-80℃,and then sodium hydroxide was added and completely dissolved through stirring.The solution was kept for 4 hours at 80℃to obtain hydrolysis saponin solution.A certain amount of hydrolysis saponin solution was added into the electroless nickel plating solution,and the experimental research was carried out on the applicability of copper substrate,stability of plating solution,plating speed,appearance,corrosion resistance,and embalming properties of the coating.Result showed that the hydrolyzed sapindus saponin had positive effects on the stability,microstructure and corrosion resistance of the plating solution,whereas had a certain negative effect on the plating speed.This would have a certain guidance for practical applications.
