摘要
自清洁涂料具有经济、环保的优点,在建造、汽车、风力发电等行业均有广泛应用。由于其经济性和环保性符合可持续发展的要求,因而具有较大的市场发展空间。轨道车辆车身面积大,清洁较为困难,而且行驶速度更高,行驶环境复杂,容易在表面累计污染物。主要介绍了自清洁原理以及自清洁表面的制备策略与方法,并结合两种应用在轨道车辆上的自清洁涂料的相关性能测试结果,展望了这类涂料在轨道车辆上的应用前景。
Self-cleaning coating possesses the advantages of economic and environment-friendly features,which has been widely used in building,automobile and wind power and other fields.As the economic and environmental-friendly properties conform with the requirements of sustainable development,self-cleaning coating has great potential for commercial development.Owing to large body area of rail transits,the cleaning operation is relatively difficult.In addition,the surface of rail transits easily suffers the deposition of pollutant,due to higher travel speed and complex environments.In this paper,the principle of self-cleaning and the preparation method of self-cleaning surface are introduced.With combining the testing results of the two kinds of self-cleaning coatings applied to rail transits,the application prospect of self-cleaning coating on rail transits is prospected.
