摘要
在以980钢为母材的风洞柔板加工过程中,980钢加工表面出现了大量的疑似“裂纹”,为搞清楚疑似“裂纹”是什么,回答能否应用于在建风洞的问题,开展了材料化学成分检测、无损检测、金相研究、加工工艺研究、腐蚀研究、疲劳试验等工作,研究成果应用于改进后的加工工艺,消除了疑似“裂纹”,用980钢加工的柔板也成功应用于在建风洞。
During the process of flexible plate processing in wind tunnel with 980 steel as base material,a large number of suspected“cracks”appeared on the surface of 980 steel.In order to find out what the suspected“cracks”were and to answer the question whether they could be applied to the wind tunnel under construction,the chemical composition testing,non-destructive testing,metallographic examination,processing technology research,corrosion research and fatigue test were carried out.Results showed that when the processing technology was improved according to the research results,the suspected“cracks”was eliminated and the flexible plates processed with 980 steel were also successfully applied to the wind tunnel under construction.
