摘要
近年来,人体肠道微生物群在药物成瘾中的作用越来越受到重视。肠道微生物群与中枢神经系统之间存在复杂的双向联系,肠道微生物群的失调与中枢神经系统功能紊乱密切相关,肠-脑轴会影响药物成瘾的发生发展。药物成瘾行为的形成和戒断症状的产生与中枢神经系统的功能密切相关,而肠道微生物群又会影响到中枢神经系统的功能。因此,进一步探明人体肠道微生物群在药物成瘾中的作用,对于开发新的治疗成瘾药物具有重要意义。
In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the role of human intestinal microbiota in drug addiction.There is a complex bidirectional relationship between intestinal microbiota and the central nervous system.The disorder of intestinal microbiota is closely related to the dysfunction of the central nervous system.The gut-brainaxis can affect the occurrence and development of drug addiction.The formation of drug addiction and withdrawal symptoms are closely related to the function of the central nervous system while the intestinal microbiota might affect the function of the central nervous system.Therefore,further exploring the role of human intestinal microbiota in drug addiction is of great significance for the development of new methods to treat drug addiction.
