药物滥用与脂代谢紊乱相互关系的研究进展 被引量:5

Research progress on the relationship between drug abuse and dyslipidemia

摘要 药物滥用引起的脂代谢紊乱,导致疾病风险和医疗负担增加已经成为致依赖性药物的主要危害之一。药物滥用引起神经细胞的脂质水平变化,参与神经功能的调控,是药物依赖性形成的机制之一。药物滥用引起血清甘油三酯,总胆固醇,高密度脂蛋白,血清游离脂肪酸等在内的血清学脂代谢指标发生显著变化,增加心脑血管疾病的疾病风险。本文对因药物滥用导致的脂代谢紊乱的表现、机制,以及脂代谢紊乱导致的神经功能改变等进行综述,旨在为药物成瘾的戒断治疗和相关研究提供依据。 It becomes one of the main hazards of drugs that disease risk and medical burden caused by the disorder of lipid metabolism of drug abuse is increasing.Drug abuse leads to changes in lipid content of neuron,which are involved in the regulation of nerve function.This is one of the mechanisms of drug dependence.Drug abuse caused significant changes in serum triglycerides,total cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein,free fatty acids and other serum lipid metabolism indicators,which increased the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.This article reviews the manifestations and mechanisms of lipid metabolism disorder caused by drug abuse,as well as the neurological changes caused by lipid metabolism disorder,so as to provide basis for drug withdrawal research and clinical treatment.
