行气通便贴联合腹部按摩治疗女性混合痔术后便秘临床研究

Clinical Study on Xingqi Tongbian Patch Combined with Abdominal Massage for Constipation After Operation of Mixed Hemorrhoids in Women

目的:观察在常规治疗与护理基础上加用行气通便贴贴敷联合腹部按摩干预女性混合痔术后便秘的临床疗效。方法:将56例混合痔术后便秘的女性患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组28例。2组患者在住院期间均实施常规治疗与护理措施,试验组加用行气通便贴贴敷联合腹部按摩进行干预。2组患者均治疗3 d。治疗后,比较2组的临床疗效、首次排便时间、便秘量表评分和护理满意度。结果:治疗后,试验组总有效率(92.86%)高于对照组(71.43%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组首次排便时间≤48 h的人数比例高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组排便不畅、便质干结、排便不净评分和对照组排便不畅评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),试验组排便不畅、排便不净评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组护理总体满意率(85.71%)高于对照组(60.71%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:行气通便贴贴敷联合腹部按摩可以有效促进女性混合痔术后便秘患者排便,并可有效改善排便不畅、便质干结、排便不净的症状。

Objective:Based on routine treatment and nursing,to observe the clinical effect of additional application of Xingqi Tongbian patch combined with abdominal massage in intervening constipation after operation of mixed hemorrhoids in women. Methods: A total of 56 cases of women with constipation after operation of mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into the test group and the control group,28 cases in each group. During hospitalization,both groups were given routine treatment and nursing measures,and the test group was additionally intervened by Xingqi Tongbian patch combined with abdominal massage. Both groups were treated for three days. After treatment,the clinical effect,the first defecation time,the scores of Constipation Assessment Scale and the nursing satisfaction in the two groups were compared. Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 92.86% in the test group,higher than that of 71.43% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). The proportion of patients whose first defecation time was less than 48 hours in the test group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The scores of poor defecation,dry stool and incomplete defecation in the test group and the score of poor defecation in the control group were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of poor defecation and incomplete defecation in the test group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The total nursing satisfaction rate was 85.71% in the test group,higher than that of 60.71% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of Xingqi Tongbian patch combined with abdominal massage can effectively shorten the defecation time of women with constipation after operation of mixed hemorrhoids,and improve their symptoms of poor defecation,dry stool and incomplete defecation.
