中医情志护理对消化道恶性肿瘤疼痛的影响

Effect of Emotional Nursing of Chinese Medicine on Pain of Digestive Tract Cancer

目的:探究中医情志护理对消化道恶性肿瘤患者疼痛的影响。方法:将86例消化道恶性肿瘤患者,依据随机数字表法分为2组各43例,对照组采用常规西医护理,观察组采用常规西医护理联合中医情志护理,对比2组患者护理前后疼痛评分、焦虑评分、抑郁评分和睡眠质量的变化情况。结果:护理干预后,2组疼痛评分均下降,观察组患者的疼痛评分,在护理7 d、14 d及出院时低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理干预后,2组不良情绪评分均下降,观察组患者护理7 d、14 d和出院时,焦虑、抑郁评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经过护理,2组出院时睡眠质量均较护理前改善,观察组患者出院时,睡眠质量、入睡时间及总分优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医情志护理可有效改善消化道恶性肿瘤患者焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪,缓解了疼痛感受,提高睡眠质量。

Objective:To discuss the effect of emotional nursing of Chinese medicine on pain of digestive tract cancer.Methods:A total of 86 cases of patients with digestive tract cancer were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, 43 cases in each group. The control group was given routine western medicine nursing, and the observation group was additionally given emotional nursing of Chinese medicine based on the treatment of the control group.Before and after nursing,the changes of scores of pain,anxiety and depression as well as sleep quality in the two groups were compared. Results:After nursing,the pain scores in the two groups were decreased;on the 7 th and 14 th day of nursing as well as at discharge respectively,the pain scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;the difference being significant(P<0.05). After nursing,the scores of bad mood in the two groups were decreased;on the 7 th and 14 thday of nursing as well as at discharge respectively,the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;the difference being significant(P<0.05). After nursing, the sleep quality at discharge in the two groups was improved when compared with that before nursing, and the sleep quality, the time for falling asleep and the total score of sleep quality in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Emotional nursing of Chinese medicine for patients with digestive tract cancer can effectively improve the bad mood including anxiety and depression as well as sleep quality,and relieve pain.
