Preliminary Discussion on Different Treatments for Same Disease

笔者通过整理历代医家对同病异治的认识,分析同病异治临床运用的思路,并结合对现代医学"精准治疗"的认识,强调同病异治是中医辨证论治的重要组成部分,认为现代医学的"精准治疗"与中医辨证论治"同病异治"具有共通之处;现代医学"精准治疗"是中医辨证论治"同病异治"理论指导下的必然选择及重要补充。

Through sorting the understandings of different treatments for same disease from physicians through the ages, the author analyzes the thinking of its clinical application;by combining with the understanding of "precision treatment" of western medicine, it is emphasized that the theory is an important part in syndrome differentiation and treatment in Chinese medicine. The author thinks that there are similarities between "precision treatment" of western treatment and "different treatments for same disease" of syndrome differentiation and treatment in Chinese medicine;the former is an inevitable choice and important supplement under the guidance of the latter.
