摘要
外泌体是由细胞分泌的囊泡类小体,能与多种靶标受体发生应激反应。运动诱导下外泌体能大量分泌,其携带的内容物miRNA、mRNA序列和多种蛋白质的质量结构等发生改变,与骨骼肌的力量增强、运动损伤的修复等有关,与心血管疾病、糖尿病及肥胖的发生发展也有着密切联系,可促进肌肉对运动的适应、血管新生与修复、代谢紊乱的改善。本文就在不同运动方式干预下,外泌体对骨骼肌与其效应组织间的通讯机制相关研究进展进行概述。
Exosomes are vesicle-like bodies secreted by cells that can respond to a variety of target receptors.Exosome can be secreted in a large amount under exercise and contents of miRNA,mRNA sequence and the quality structure of various proteins are changed,which are not only related to the enhancement of skeletal muscle strength and the repairment of sports injury but also closely related to occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases,diabetes and obesity.This can promote muscle adaptation to exercise,angiogenesis and vascular repair,and improvement of metabolic disorders.This work summarizes the research progress related to the crosstalk mechanism between skeletal muscle and its effector tissues under the intervention of different exercises methods.
