拟南芥和玉米中膜结合bHLH转录因子的鉴定与分析 被引量:7

Identification and analysis of membrane-bound bHLH transcription factors in Arabidopsis thaliana and maize

摘要 碱性螺旋-环-螺旋(bHLH)转录因子是一类重要的转录因子,在逆境胁迫响应中起着重要的调控作用。本研究利用5个不同的网站预测拟南芥(Arabidopsis thaliana)和玉米(Zea mays)中的膜结合bHLH转录因子及其跨膜区,并对它们的进化关系、基因结构、保守结构域、启动子顺式作用元件及逆境表达模式等进行了分析。结果表明, 5个网站中预测到的58个假定的膜结合bHLH转录因子(包括22个AtbHLHs和36个ZmbHLHs)被分成2个亚组,相同亚组的膜结合成员在结构及不同发育阶段的表达模式等方面相似;启动子分析及非生物逆境下转录组数据分析表明这些膜结合成员在非生物胁迫响应过程中发挥重要作用。目前对拟南芥和玉米中膜结合bHLH转录因子的研究较少,本文拟为深入研究膜结合AtbHLHs和ZmbHLHs的功能提供参考。 The bHLH(basic helix-loop-helix) family is an important transcription factor family, which plays vital regulatory roles in stress responses. In this study, five websites were used to predict membrane-bound bHLH transcription factors(MTFs) and their transmembrane domains in Arabidopsis thaliana and maize(Zea mays), then we analyzed their phylogenetic relationships, gene structure, cis-acting elements and expression patterns under abiotic stresses. The results indicate that 58 putative membrane-bound members(including 22 AtbHLHs and 36 ZmbHLHs) we obtained in five websites were divided into two subgroups, and most of these members of the same subgroup were similar in structure and expression patterns at different developmental stages. The promoter analysis and the transcriptome data under abiotic stress indicated that MTFs play important roles in the abiotic stress response process. At present, there are few studies on MTFs in Arabidopsis thaliana and maize. Our study provides a reference for further study on the function of membrane-bound AtbHLHs and ZmbHLHs.
