褪黑素缓解甜瓜幼苗三唑酮毒害的生理效应 被引量:2

Physiological effect of melatonin on alleviating toxicity of triadimefon in melon seedlings

摘要 以‘羊角蜜’甜瓜(Cucumis melo)为材料,研究了褪黑素对三唑酮毒害后甜瓜幼苗植株生长和生理代谢的影响,结果表明:三唑酮毒害导致甜瓜幼苗光合性能下降,植株生长缓慢;外源褪黑素促进了三唑酮毒害下光合作用的进行,降低了三唑酮诱导的过氧化氢(H2O2)、超氧阴离子(O2·ˉ)、丙二醛和脯氨酸积累,提高了超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,减轻了三唑酮毒害对甜瓜幼苗造成的伤害。 The effect of melatonin on the growth and physiological metabolism of melon seedlings under triadimefon toxicity were studied with melon(Cucumis melo) ‘Yangjiaomi’ as material. The results show that triadimefon caused lower photosynthetic performance, and inhibited the plant growth. Exogenous melatonin enhanced the photosynthetic capacity under triadimefon toxicity, and reduced the accumulation of hydrogen peroxide(H2O2), superoxide anion(O2·ˉ), malondialdehyde and proline induced by triadimefon. The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD), peroxidase(POD) and catalase(CAT) were improved and the damage to melon seedlings caused by triadimefon toxicity was alleviated.
