血糖水平与颈动脉病变患者全脑血流量的关系分析

Relationship between blood glucose level and cerebral blood flow volume in patients with carotid artery disease

目的分析血糖水平与颈动脉病变患者全脑血流量(CBFV)的关系。方法收集石家庄市第一医院90例颈动脉粥样硬化患者临床资料,根据患者病史和餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)水平将其分为血糖正常组(2 h PG<7.8 mmol/L)31例、血糖升高组(7.8 mmol/L≤2 h PG≤11.1 mmol/L)33例和糖尿病组(2 h PG>11.1 mmol/L)26例,比较三组基线资料、生化指标和CBFV水平,分析血糖水平与CBFV的关系。结果年龄、BMI、SBP水平:糖尿病组>血糖升高组>血糖正常组(P<0.05);高血压发生率:糖尿病组高于血糖正常组(P<0.05);TC、TG、LDL-C水平:糖尿病组>血糖升高组>血糖正常组(P<0.05);CBFV水平:糖尿病组<血糖升高组<血糖正常组(P<0.05)。经Pearson相关性分析,血糖水平与年龄、BMI、SBP、LDL-C均呈正相关(P<0.05),与CBFV呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论颈动脉病变患者血糖水平与CBFV呈负相关。

Objective To determine the relationship between blood glucose level and cerebral blood flow volume(CBFV)in patients with carotid artery disease.Methods The clinical data of 90 patients with carotid atherosclerosis admitted to Shijiazhuang First Municipal Hospital were collected.According to the medical history and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG)level,the patients were divided into the normoglycemia group(2 h PG<7.8 mmol/L,n=31),hyperglycemia group(7.8 mmol/L≤2 h PG≤11.1 mmol/L,n=33)and diabetes group(2h PG>11.1 mmol/L,n=26).The baseline data,biochemical indicators and CBFV were compared among the three groups.The relationship between blood glucose level and CBFV was analyzed.Results Age,BMI,SBP level:diabetes group,>hyperglycemia group>normoglycemia group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of hypertension in the diabetes group was higher than that in the normoglycemia group(P<0.05).Levels of TC,TG and LDL-C:diabetes group>hyperglycemia group>normoglycemia group(P<0.05).CBFV:diabetes group<hyperglycemia group<normoglycemia group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that blood glucose level was positively correlated with age,BMI,SBP and LDL-C(P<0.05),and negatively correlated with CBFV(P<0.05).Conclusion The blood glucose level in patients with carotid artery disease is negatively correlated with CBFV.
