脑卒中患者血清VILIP-1、HIF-α、BDNF水平与认知损害的关系 被引量:10

Correlation of serum VILIP-1,HIF-αand BDNF levels with cognitive impairment in stroke patients

摘要 目的观察脑卒中患者血清VILIP-1、HIF-α、BDNF水平,并分析其与认知损害的相关性。方法选取80例脑卒中患者为观察对象,选取同期体检的健康成年人作为对照。观察两组研究对象VILIP-1、HIF-α、BDNF、细胞因子水平和认知功能的差异,分析脑卒中患者VILIP-1、HIF-α、BDNF水平与细胞因子、认知功能的相关性。结果脑卒中患者的VILIP-1、HIF-α水平高于对照组(t=-18.977、-44.074,P<0.001),BDNF水平低于对照组(t=18.328,P<0.001);脑卒中患者的IL-4、IL-10和IL-17水平高于对照组(t=-12.057、-12.749、-22.357,P<0.001);脑卒中组患者的视空间执行功能、命名、注意等维度得分明显低于对照组(P<0.001);脑卒中患者的VILIP-1、HIF-α水平与IL-4、IL-10、IL-17水平正相关,与认知功能负相关,BDNF水平与IL-4、IL-10、IL-17水平负相关,与认知功能正相关。结论脑卒中患者血清VILIP-1、HIF-α水平较高,BDNF水平较低,且与认识功能密切相关。 Objective To investigate the serum levels of VILIP-1,HIF-α and BDNF in patients with cerebral stroke,and their correlation with cognitive impairment.Methods Eighty stroke patients were recruited as subjects,and a contemporary cohort of health checkup adults as controls.The differences in serum VILIP-1,HIF-α,BDNF,cytokine levels and cognitive function between the two groups were investigated.The correlation of VILIP-1,HIF-α and BDNF levels with cytokines and cognitive function in stroke patients was analyzed.Results The levels of VILIP-1 and HIF-αin patients with stroke were higher than those in the control group(t=-18.977,-44.074,P<0.001),and the level of BDNF was lower than that in the control group(t=18.328,P<0.001).The levels of IL-4,IL-10 and IL-17 in patients with stroke were higher than those in the control group(t=-12.057,-12.749,-22.357,P<0.001).The scores of visuospatial executive function,naming and attention were significantly lower in the stroke group than those in the control group(P<0.001).The levels of VILIP-1 and HIF-α in stroke patients are positively correlated with the levels of IL-4,IL-10 and IL-17,and negatively correlated with cognitive function.The level of BDNF was negatively correlated with the levels of IL-4,IL-10 and IL-17,and positively correlated with cognitive function.Conclusion Patients with stroke may present elevated levels of serum VILIP-1 and HIF-αand low level of BDNF,which is closely related to impaired cognitive function.
