医院门诊抗抑郁药处方点评与应用情况分析

Evaluation and analysis of antidepressant prescriptions in outpatient department of hospital

目的通过对我院门诊抗抑郁药使用情况进行处方点评,提高处方合格率及该药使用的合理性。方法抽取2018年我院门诊所有抗抑郁药的处方,共计48719张,对其用法用量、适应证等进行专项点评,分析其用药合理性。结果抗抑郁药处方中用法用量不合理处方共145张,占0.30%;无适应证或超说明书适应证用药处方共计671张,占1.38%。结论我院门诊抗抑郁药的临床使用基本合理,应持续进行其用法用量和适应证的管理,促进合理用药。

Objective To evaluate the prescriptions of antidepressants in our hospital,so as to improve the qualified rate of prescriptions and the rationality of the medicine.Methods 48719 prescriptions of antidepressants were collected from the outpatient department of our hospital in 2018.Their indications were evaluated and the rationality of their use was analyzed.Results 0.30%(145)prescriptions were irrational for usage and dosage,and 1.38%(671)prescriptions were irrational for no indication or off-label use.Conclusion The clinical use of antidepressants in outpatient department of our hospital is basically rational.The management of dosage and indication should be carried out continuously to promote rational drug use.
