摘要
为探讨案例教学法在抗甲状腺药物治疗教学中的应用效果,本文引入1例妊娠合并甲状腺功能亢进症患者的案例,引导学生思考案例的临床特点,进而分析抗甲状腺药物治疗方案的选择及药学监护。通过本次案例教学实践,学生在掌握抗甲状腺治疗的基础理论知识的同时,加深了对抗甲状腺药物临床应用的理解,同时培养了临床药物治疗的思维方式。
To explore the effect of case based study method in teaching of antithyroid drugs,we introduced a case of hyperthyroidism in pregnancy to guide the students to think about the clinical characteristics of the case,and then to analyze the choice of antithyroid drugs and pharmaceutical care.Through this case teaching practice,the students mastered the theoretical knowledge of antithyroid therapy,deepened the understanding of clinical application of antithyroid drugs,and cultivated the thinking mode of clinical drug treatment.
