2020年EAU诊疗指南在前列腺癌早期诊断方面进行了内容更新,包括推荐年龄>40岁且携带有BRCA2基因突变的男性定期行PSA筛查、推荐在多学科会议上评估前列腺mpMRI检查结果并及时与病理结果比对、不推荐前列腺mpMRI作为初始筛查检查等。本文就2020版EAU指南中前列腺癌早期诊断方法的更新与进展进行介绍并解读。

The EAU guideline 2020 for prostate cancer has been updated in the diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer.The updates including offering early PSA testing to men>40 years of age with BRCA2 mutations,evaluating mpMRI results in multidisciplinary meetings with pathological feedback,not offering mpMRI as an initial screening tool and etc.We summarized and discussed the update and progress of early diagnosis methods for prostate cancer in EAU guideline 2020.
