摘要
辐射诱导旁效应(radiation-induced bystander effect,RIBE)是指直接受照射细胞可影响周围未受照射细胞,使其出现与直接受照射细胞类似的生物学反应。随着人们对外泌体研究的深入,发现外泌体在RIBE中起重要的作用,本文主要就辐射诱导旁效应中外泌体以及其内含物所发挥的作用做一综述。
Radiation-induced bystander effect(RIBE)refers that the directly irradiated cells can affect their surrounding unexposed cells to make it have similar biological effects.A number of studies have demonstrated that exosomes play an important role in RIBE,which is introduced in this review.
