汽轮机用X20Cr13叶片钢热处理工艺探讨

摘要 采用不同的热处理工艺研究了X20Cr13叶片钢室温力学性能、FATT和晶间断裂率。结果表明,在相同回火温度下,随着淬火温度升高,材料的强度提高,而冲击韧性、FATT50以及晶间断裂等塑性指标随之下降。采用970℃淬火+670℃回火的热处理工艺既可以获得优良的综合力学性能又适合实际生产。 Different heat treatment processes were adopted to investigate the mechanical properties at room temperature,FATT and intergranular fracture rate of X20Cr13 blade steel.The results showed that the strength of the material increased with the increase of quenching temperature when the temper temperature was same.However,the impact toughness,FATT50 and intergranular fracture rate decreased.Good comprehensive mechanical properties could be obtained under heat treatment conditions of quenching at 970℃and tempering at 670℃,which were suitable for the actual production.
