摘要
针对超声C扫检测系统可能出现的灵敏度波动,通过采用不同的扫查参数,利用对比试块进行检测试验。结果表明,超声C扫检测系统的灵敏度受工件表面加工质量、机械运动轴偏移量、探头入射角度、试块声程、距离波幅曲线、闸门设置等诸多因素影响。当灵敏度变化较大时,及时进行参数修正可在一定程度上减小误差,提高系统的检测灵敏度。
In view of the fluctuation potentially of ultrasonic C scan testing system,different scanning parameters were used to preform the test by reference blocks.The results showed that the sensitivity of ultrasonic C scan testing system was affected by the surface quality of the workpieces,the deviation of the mechanical motion axis,the incidence angle of the probe,the block travel distance,the distance amplitude curve of reference blocks,the setting of the gate and so on.When the sensitivity changes greatly,the parameters should be corrected in time,which can partly reduce the error,improve the sensitivity of testing system.
