Current situation and thinking of intelligent manufacturing in China’s iron and steel industry

摘要 钢铁工业智能制造处于快速发展阶段。"试点示范项目"给出了一些成果和经验,带动了行业的发展。钢铁工程建设企业分别推出了智能制造解决方案,新的应用场景和应用案例不断出现。各企业的实际情况不同,不可能按照完全统一的模式来进行顶层设计,要根据企业自身的发展条件和实际需求慎重决策,处理好工程项目与科研项目之间的关系,既要重视硬件建设,更要重视软件的开发与研究。钢铁制造企业、大学和科研院所、工程技术企业要分工协作,共同营造开放创新的生态环境,以便推进智能制造的发展。 The intelligent manufacturing of iron and steel industry is in the stage of rapid development.The pilot demonstration projects provided some results and experience,led the development of the industry.Many iron and steel engineering construction companies have launched intelligent manufacturing solutions,new application scenarios and cases keep emerging.Because the actual situation of each enterprise is different,it is impossible to conduct top-level design according to a completely unified mode.We should make prudent decisions according to the development conditions and actual needs of enterprises,properly handle the relationship between engineering projects and scientific research projects,and attach importance to both hardware construction and software development and research.Iron and steel manufacturing enterprises,universities,research institutes and engineering and technology enterprises should work together to create an open and innovative ecological environment,so as to promote the development of intelligent manufacturing.
