基于含聚污水处理的强化混凝技术优化与试验研究

摘要 针对海上油田聚合物驱产出液处理所面临的设备处理效率低、药剂加药量大等问题,以海上终端处理厂含聚采油污水处理工况为研究对象,利用自主设计的强化混凝试验装置,开展混凝技术处理含聚污水的工艺优化研究,以期提高含聚污水处理效率,节省药剂使用量。研究结果表明,含聚采油废水与其配用的清水剂存在一个最适宜的混合程度,现场条件下通过添加管道混合器、增设弯管及提升流速来增加混合强度可以有效提升污水处理效果,但随混合强度继续提升会使生成的絮团打散,从而降低清水剂的净水效果。 Offshore oil field polymer flooding produced fluid treatment device facing such problems as low efficiency,big reagent dosage.In order to improve the efficiency of containing poly sewage treatment,saving drug usage,with the working condition of wastewater treatment of oil production in offshore terminal treatment plant containing polymer as the research object,using enhanced coagulation test device of independent design,coagulation technology containing wastewater process optimization research were carried.The research results show that in polymer containing oil extraction wastewater and its with clear water,one of the most suitable mixing degree,under the condition of the scene by adding pipe mixer,adding bend and ascending velocity to increase the mixing intensity can enhance the sewage treatment effect,but with the mixing intensity continues to ascend will make generated floccules scattered,and reducing the water purification effect of the clear water.
