摘要
往复式压缩机在使用过程中,经常出现十字头销断裂的现象。通过对故障问题进行检测、分析、研究,确定往复式压缩机经常出现的十字头销失效原因是疲劳断裂,疲劳裂纹萌生于表面微裂纹,这些微裂纹是由弯曲应力和扭转应力复合作用形成的,在交变应力作用下扩展,最终导致整个销发生断裂。通过引进无极气量调节系统,解决了带负荷停机时的冲击载荷破坏连杆小头瓦的情况,保障了机组的长周期运行。
In the process of using the reciprocating compressor,the fracture of the crosshead pin often occurs.Through the examination,analysis and study of the fault problem,it was determined that the failure of the crosshead pin frequently occurred in the Reciprocating compressor was due to fatigue fracture,fatigue crack initiation was caused by surface microcracks,which were formed by the combined action of bending stress and torsion stress,and extend under the action of alternating stress,and finally lead to fracture of the whole pin.By introducing the non-polar air volume regulating system,the damage of connecting rod small head shoe caused by impact load was solved,and the long-term operation of the unit was ensured.
