摘要
连铸机出坯辊道维护难度大,主要是润滑不好。其原因为:数量多、温度高和水冷条件差。对连铸机出坯辊子轴承润滑问题进行了探讨,为钢厂的技术改造提供了参考。
It is difficult to maintain the billet rollers of continuous casters,mainly because of poor lubrication.Its reasons are large quantity,high temperature and the poor water cooling conditions.The lubrication problem of the rod bearing of continuous casting machine is discussed,which provides reference for the technological transformation of the steel works.
