摘要
随着国际社会对大气环保的呼声越来越高,传统的氢氯氟烃类(HCFC族)制冷剂在我国正逐渐被淘汰,本文以氟里昂替代产品生产线中核心设备反应器为例介绍了该反应器的工作原理、设备结构、关键部件设计控制要点等方面,并对其主要结构件进行了详细的分析论证及优化设计。
With more and more intensive focus on atmosphere and environmental protection in international community,the traditional refrigeration agent such as hydrochloride&hydrocarbon compound falls into disuse.the paper introduces the reactor as core equipment in production line aiming to replace Freon in terms of working principle,structure as well as control key point in key component and part design.In addition,it makes a detailed analysis and optimum design in primary structure.
