实习护生职业自我效能与职业认同的相关性分析 被引量:15

Correlation analysis of professional self-efficacy and professional identity of intern nursing students

摘要 目的探讨实习护生职业认同及职业自我效能现状,并分析职业自我效能对职业认同的影响。方法采用整群抽样的方法,选取2017年7月—2018年6月于北京市某3家三级甲等医院内实习的549名护生为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、职业认同问卷、职业自我效能问卷对其进行调查。共发放问卷549份,回收有效问卷537份。结果537名实习护生职业认同问卷得分为(3.54±0.72)分,处中等水平。不同性别、学历、是否为学生干部、是否参加过专业相关的社会实践活动的实习护生职业认同总分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。537名实习护生的职业自我效能问卷得分为(3.21±0.24)分。实习护生的职业认同总分与职业自我效能总分呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论实习护生的职业认同感有待提高,护理教育者可通过增强其职业自我效能,提高其职业认同感。 Objective To explore the current status of professional identity and professional self-efficacy of intern nursing students,and analyze the effects of professional self-efficacy on professional identity.Methods Totally 549 intern nursing students from 3 ClassⅢGrade A hospitals from July 2017 to June 2018 were selected by cluster sampling,and investigated with the general information questionnaire,professional identity questionnaire,and professional self-efficacy questionnaire.Totally 549 questionnaires were distributed,and 537 valid questionnaires were recovered.Results The professional identity questionnaire score of the 537 intern nurses was(3.54±0.72),which was in the middle level.There were statistically significant differences in the total scores of professional identity between intern nurses with different genders,educational backgrounds,whether they were student leaders,or whether they had participated in professional-related social practice activities(P<0.05).The professional self-efficacy questionnaire score of the 537 intern nurses was(3.21±0.24).The total score of professional identity of the intern nurses was positively correlated with the total score of professional self-efficacy(P<0.01).Conclusions The professional identity of intern nurses needs to be improved,and nursing educators may improve their professional identity by enhancing their professional self-efficacy.
