摘要
细胞焦亡(pyroptosis)是细胞坏死和凋亡之外的一种程序性细胞死亡方式,在多种感染性和非感染炎症性疾病及免疫应答的发生、发展中发挥重要作用.近年来,有关后处理(post-conditioning)在心肌缺血-再灌注损伤(MIRI)中的保护作用不断深入,后处理能通过抑制心肌细胞焦亡减轻MIRI.本文针对后处理对缺血-再灌注心肌细胞焦亡的影响及可能机制进行综述,以期能够为后处理的心肌保护作用及临床应用前景提供新思路.
Pyroptosis is a programmed cell death mode besides necrosis and apoptosis,plays an important role in the occurrence and development of various infectious and non-infectious inflammatory diseases and immune response.In recent years,the research on protection role of post-conditioning after myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury(MIRI)has made progresses,and post-conditioning is capable of reducing MIRI by inhibiting myocardial pyroptosis.In this review,we summarizes recent researches on the effeets of post-conditioning in myocardial pyroptosis after MIRI and possible mechanisms in order to provide new ideas for the clinical use of post-conditioning in heart protection.
