内蒙古东乌珠穆沁旗地下水资源开采潜力与区划分析

Groundwater exploitation potential and zoning analysis in muqinqi,east wuzhu,Inner Mongolia

为实现对内蒙古东乌珠穆沁旗地下水资源的合理开发利用、科学管理和有效保护,以全国地下水功能区划分技术大纲为基本依据,在地下水开采利用现状分析及地下水资源量计算的基础上,对地下水资源的开采潜力进行评价与区划研究。结果表明:乌拉盖河上游地下水子系统潜水含水层为潜力中等区,其余为潜力较小区,可适当增加开采量;乌拉盖河中下游地下水子系统松散岩类承压水含水层为采补平衡区,不建议继续进行大规模开采,仅可零星或小规模进行开采。研究成果可为东乌珠穆沁旗区制定和实施地下水系统的保护方案以及取水工程的规划建设提供科学依据。

For he east of Inner Mongolia WuZhu MuQinQi the rational development and utilization of groundwater resources scientific management and effective protection,To the groundwater function divide the technology outline for basic basis,in the groundwater develop status quo analysis and calculation on the basis of groundwater resource,develop potential of groundwater resources evaluation and zoning.That results show that,The subsurface aquifer of the groundwater subsystem in the upper reaches of the uragai river is a medium area with potential,while the rest is a small area with potential;The unconsolidated rock confined water aquifer of the groundwater subsystem in the middle and lower reaches of the uragai river is an equilibrium zone for mining and replenishment.The research results can provide a scientific basis for the formulation and implementation of groundwater protection scheme and the planning and construction of water intake project in muqinqi district of east wuzhu.
