摘要
跑马坪水电站为高水头电站,电站设计水头610 m,岔管为地下埋藏式钢岔管,岔管HD值约为1 512 m^2,其结构的安全性非常重要。为确保岔水力条件和受力条件好,结构安全可靠,设计进行了优化研究,并进行了三维有限元仿真分析,钢岔管应力状态变形状况良好,经过11年的安全运行,也验证了其结构安全及合理性,可咨以后类似工程借鉴。
The Paomaping hydropower station is a high-head power station with a designed water head of 610m and a buried steel branch pipe with an HD value of about 1512 m2.The safety of the structure is very important.In order to ensure that the hydraulic and mechanical conditions of the branch are good,and the structure is safe and reliable,the design is optimized,and the three-dimensional finite element simulation is carried out.The steel branch pipe is in good stress state and deformation condition.After 11 years of safe operation,the safety and rationality of the structure are also verified,Similar projects can be used for reference.
