摘要
目的:测定舒血宁注射液中蛋白质的含量。方法:采用考马斯亮蓝法测定舒血宁注射液中蛋白质含量。结果:舒血宁注射液中蛋白质的含量较低。结论:该方法可用于舒血宁注射液中蛋白质的含量测定,对该产品质量控制具有重要意义,测定结果可提高该产品的质量。
Objective:To Determine of protein content in Shuxuening Injection.Methods:The protein content of Shuxuening Injection was determined by Coomassie Brilliant Blue method.Results:Shuxuening Injection has lower protein content.Conclusion:This method can be used to determine the content of protein in Shuxuening Injection,which is of great significance to the quality control of the product.The results can be used as a basis for improving the quality of the product.
