摘要
目的:建立大浮萍药材的质量标准。方法:描述大浮萍药材性状及显微鉴别特征,制定薄层色谱鉴别方法;测定7批样品的水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分及浸出物含量以制定相应项目的合理限度。结果:性状及鉴别方法专属性强,7批样品的水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分和浸出物平均值分别为11.9%、22.2%、1.0%、20.6%。结论:该研究拟定的质量标准方法简便、准确、专属性强,可应用于大浮萍药材的质量控制。
Objective:To establish the quality standard of Pistia stratiotes L..Methods:The characteristics and microscopic identification of duckweed were described,and the TLC identification method was established.The water content,total ash content,acid insoluble ash content and extract content of 7 batches of Pistia stratiotes L.samples were determined to establish the reasonable limits of the corresponding items.Results:The characteristics and identification methods were specific.The average water content,total ash content,acid-insoluble ash content and extracts of 7 batches of samples were 11.9%,22.2%,1.0%,20.6%respectively.Conclusion:The quality standard method developed by this study is simple,accurate and specific,and can be applied to the quality control of Pistia stratiotes L.
