太芪培元颗粒联合HAART对HIV/AIDS患者免疫重建的影响

Effect of Taiqi Peiyuan Granule Combined with HAART on Immune Reconstruction in HIV/AIDS Patients

目的:观察太芪培元颗粒联合高效抗反转录病毒治疗(HAART)对艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者/艾滋病(AIDS)患者免疫重建的影响。方法:选取88例HIV/AIDS患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组44例;对照组给予HAART治疗,观察组给予太芪培元颗粒联合HAART治疗,疗程均为12个月;比较两组免疫重建成功率及治疗前后CD4^+、CD8^+T淋巴细胞计数、症状与体征评分、卡氏评分变化。结果:剔除试验过程中5例失访者、1例自行退出者,最终统计完成82例,其中对照组40例,观察组42例。免疫重建成功率:观察组为80.95%,明显高于对照组的60.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组CD4^+、CD4^+CD45RA^+、CD8^+T淋巴细胞计数绝对值均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组症状与体征评分明显低于对照组,卡氏评分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:太芪培元颗粒联合HAART治疗能够增强HIV/AIDS患者免疫重建疗效,改善临床症状,提高生活质量。

Objective:To observe the effect of Taiqi Peiyuan Granule combined with highly active anti-retroviral therapy(HAART)on immune reconstitution in human immunodeficiency virus/acquired immune deficiency syndrome(HIV/AIDS)patients.Methods:88 HIV/AIDS patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with HAART and the observation group was treated with Taiqi Peiyuan Granule combined with HAART.The course of treatment was 12 months.The success rate of immune reconstitution,changes in CD4^+and CD8^+T lymphocyte count,scores of symptoms and signs and Karnofsky perform status scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:Five patients who were lost to follow-up and one who had self-exited during the trial were excluded.Finally,82 cases finished the trial,including 40 cases in the control group and 42 cases in the observation group.The success rate of immune reconstitution in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(80.95%vs 60.00%)(P<0.05).The absolute values of CD4^+,CD4^+CD45RA^+and CD8^+T lymphocyte counts in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Scores of symptoms and signs in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the Karsch score was significantly higher than that in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Taiqi Peiyuan Granule combined with HAART can enhance the curative effect of immune reconstitution in HIV/AIDS patients,relieve clinical symptoms and improve quality of life.
