菊藻丸治疗宫颈癌56例临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Juzao Pill in the Treatment of 56 Cases of Cervical Cancer

目的:探讨自制制剂菊藻丸治疗宫颈癌的临床疗效,探索中药复方治疗宫颈癌新途径。方法:选取宫颈癌患者56例,随机分为研究组和对照组各28例,根据已完成的西医综合治疗情况将患者分为手术组、手术+放化疗组、放化疗组。研究组患者服用菊藻丸,对照组采用安慰剂治疗,对所有患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结患者的临床特征及3年生存率、复发率、EORTC QLQ-C30评分及毒副反应情况。结果:研究组3年生存率和复发率均明显优于对照组,研究组的生活质量评分亦高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者副反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:菊藻丸对宫颈癌患者临床疗效确切,副作用小,对于提高生存率、降低复发率、提高患者生存质量具有一定的临床价值。

Objective:To summarize the clinical efficacy of Juzao Pill in the treatment of cervical cancer,and explore a new way to treat cervical cancer with Chinese medicine compound.Methods:A total of 56 out-patients with cervical cancer were selected,divided into study group and control group randomly with 28 cases for each.All the patients had completed the comprehensive treatment of Western medicine,and they were further put into three groups,namely,operation group,operation+radiotherapy and chemotherapy group,radiotherapy and chemotherapy group.The patients in the study group were treated with Juzao pill for 3 courses,while the patients in the control group were treated with placebo.All the patients were followed up for 3 years.The clinical characteristics,3-year survival rate,recurrence rate,EORTC QLQ-C30 score and toxicity and side effects were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The 3-year survival rate and recurrence rate of the study group were significantly superior to the control group,and the life quality of the study group was also significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in side effects between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Juzao pill has definite clinical effect and little side effect on cervical cancer patients.It has certain clinical value in improving the survival rate of patients,reducing the recurrence rate and bettering the quality of life.
