基于文献计量学探讨上巨虚的临床应用

Discussing of Modern Clinical Application of Shangjuxu(ST37)Meridians Based on Bibliometric Method

目的:基于现代临床文献报道,归纳上巨虚现代临床应用主治内容与常用配伍,并从中探析上巨虚、曲池二穴与大肠腑联系,理解"合治内府"的概念。方法:采用计算机检索与人工筛选相结合的方法,收集自2000-2019年收录在中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普数据库(VIP)、万方数据库中上巨虚、曲池的临床研究文章,按照病症系统分类,列表统计二穴主治的疾病谱及频数并单独分析上巨虚文献的治疗处方,统计上巨虚常见配伍与疾病谱。结果:共筛选纳入861篇文献,其中上巨虚297篇,曲池592篇,二穴重复文献28篇。上巨虚主要用于以消化系统为主的22种病症,曲池主要用于以神经系统为主的60种病症。结论:①上巨虚在治疗便秘及术后胃肠诸症最具优势,常见的配伍有足三里、天枢、大肠俞、中脘、下巨虚、合谷、支沟、关元、曲池、气海;②上巨虚与大肠腑联系紧密,曲池主治内容除了外经病症也涉及部分消化系统病症,但与大肠腑的联系远不如上巨虚。

Objective:Based on the report of modern clinical observation literatures,to summarized the main treatment contents of modern clinical application of Shangjuxu(ST37)and its commonly used compatibility.Exploring the connection between Shangjuxu(ST37),Quchi(LI11)and large intestine to understand the concept of"the six fu organs can be treated by the he-sea points".Methods:The clinical research literatures of Shangjuxu(ST37)and Quchi(LI11),which were collected by computer search and manual screening,classified by the disease system.The clinical research literatures were collected from CNKI,VIP and WANFANG database from 2000 to 2019.Listed to count the disease spectrum that can be cured by these two points and frequency.Solely analysed the prescription of Shangjuxu(ST37)to count its commonly used compatibility and disease spectrum.Results:861 literatures were selected,including Shangjuxu(297 literatures),Quchi(592 literatures).There were 28 literatures that mentioning both these points.Shangjuxu(ST37)is mainly used to treat 22 kinds of diseases that are mostly about digestive system,and Quchi(LI11)is mainly used to treat 60 kinds of diseases that are mostly about nervous system.Conclusion:①Shangjuxu(ST37)has the most advantage to treat constipation and many gastrointestinal diseases that happens after operations.It is commonly compatible with Zusanli(ST36),Tianshu(ST25),Dachangshu(BL25),Zhongwan(CV12),Xiajuxu(ST39),Hegu(LI4),Zhigou(TE6),Guanyuan(CV4),Quchi(LI11),Qihai(CV6).②Shangjuxu(ST37)has a strong connection with large intestine.The main treatment contents of Quchi(LI11)also involves digestive diseases besides meridian and limb diseases.However,Quchi’s connection with large intestine fu is not a patch on Shangjuxu’s.
