基于数据挖掘的《伤寒论》治疗下利用药特点分析

Analysis of the Characteristics of Drug Utilization in the Treatment of Diarrhea in the“Treatise on Febrile Diseases”Based on Data Mining

目的:探讨《伤寒论》治疗下利的遣方用药规律,以期为合理使用经方,提高临床疗效提供借鉴和指导。方法:整理《伤寒论》中治疗下利的方剂,对"下利"关键词的出现频数,治下利方药使用频数、频率,以及四气五味、脏腑归经进行数据挖掘和统计学处理。结果:《伤寒论》中涉及"下利"相关字词的经文达90条,治下利方剂共30首,药味精简,大多不超过10味,除去猪肤汤方后,一共运用了46种药物。结论:《伤寒论》治下利善用苦辛寒温之品,以脾、胃、肺论治为主,八法之中尤重温法与和法,治脏腑、调气机是治疗下利的一个重要方法。

Objective:To explore the law of the treatment of the Diarrhea in the Treatise on Febrile Diseases,which has certain reference and guiding significance for the rational use of the prescription and the improvement of clinical treatment.Methods:To sort out the prescriptions for treating the benefits of Treatise on Febrile Diseases,to find out the frequency of occurrence of"Xia Li"keywords,to control the frequency and frequency of the use of the prescriptions,and to conduct data mining and statistical processing.Results:In the"Treatise on Febrile Diseases",there were 90 verses related to the words"Lower Profit",and 30 prescriptions were treated under the rule.The medicinal taste was streamlined,mostly no more than 10 flavors.After removing the pig skin soup,a total of 46 were used.a drug.Conclusion:The treatment of"Treatise on Febrile Diseases"is based on the treatment of spleen,stomach and lung.The eight methods are especially gentle and it is an important method about harmonious and the organs are treated.
