某院中药配方颗粒处方抽样分析

Sampling Analysis on Formulated Granules Prescriptions of Traditional Chinese Medicine in a Hospital

目的:统计分析某妇幼保健院中药配方颗粒使用情况,促进临床合理用药。方法:随机抽取中药配方颗粒处方360张,对处方中患者年龄、处方金额、药品分类、使用剂量、使用频率等进行统计分析。结果:用药比例较高的年龄段为中青年;处方金额平均值为225.54元;用量排名前20的药品中超出规定剂量的平均出现概率为17.55%。结论:中药配方颗粒处方存在用药剂量偏大等问题,医师开具中药处方应坚持辨证论治原则,中药师应加强临床中药合理用药监督。

Objective:Statistical analysis was made on the use of traditional Chinese medicine granules in Nanjing Maternal and Child Health Hospital to promote rational drug use in clinic.Methods:360 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine prescription granules were randomly selected from a hospital,Statistical analysis was made on the age,amount of prescription,drug classification,dosage and frequency of use.Results:The age group with higher proportion of drug use is middle-aged and young people.The average prescription amount is 225.54 yuan.The average frequency of exceeding the prescribed dose in the top 20 drugs was 17.55%.Conclusion:There are some problems in the prescription of traditional Chinese medicine granules in our hospital,such as too large dosage of drugs and so on,Doctors should adhere to the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment in prescribing traditional Chinese medicine,Traditional Chinese pharmacist Should Strengthen the Supervision of Rational Use of Clinical Traditional Chinese Medicine.
