基于“优选天冬蒸制工艺”对中药材加工学实验教学改革的探讨与思考

在以"学生为中心、提高综合实践能力"的教学理念下,将科研与教学有机结合,是提高教育教学质量的重要保证。通过对中药材加工学实验教学分析,以设计性实验--天冬蒸制工艺优选为例,提出中药材加工学本科实验教学中进行科研实践的必要性和具体措施,并对本门实验课程教学内容和方法提出建议,旨在进一步培养学生的实践能力和创新精神,激发学生的创新意识和积极性,提高教学质量,使中药材加工学这门应用技术学科得到有效发展。

Under the teaching concept of"student-centered,improving comprehensive practical ability",the organic combination of scientific research and teaching is an important guarantee to improve the quality of education and teaching.Through the analysis of Chinese medicinal materials processing experiment,for example,take a design experiments of optimal steaming process technology of Asparagus cochinensis(Lour.)Merr.,put forward the necessity of research and practice in undergraduate experimental teaching and the specific measures of Chinese medicinal materials processing experiment,and put forward suggestions for this course in experiment teaching content and methods,aims to further cultivate the students’practical ability and innovative spirit,stimulate students’innovative consciousness and enthusiasm,improve the quality of teaching,effectively develop this applied technical discipline of Chinese medicinal materials processing.
