摘要
对一种新型超疏水防污闪绝缘材料的疏水物质转移功能进行试验研究。基于超疏水材料的性能特点,采用间接测试法对比疏水物质转移前后硅藻土污秽上方水珠静态接触角差异,对疏水物质转移进行试验验证。根据试验中污层表面静态接触角的变化趋势,对疏水物质转移的机理作出合理推论,并通过傅里叶变换红外光谱对疏水物质转移现象进行进一步分析。结果表明:疏水物质能够从超疏水材料转移至硅藻土污秽中,从而使其表现出疏水效果,但这种转移作用并不是材料结构破坏、脱落所致。
The hydrophobic substance transfer function of a new type of superhydrophobic anti-pollution flashover insulating material was studied.Based on the characteristics of superhydrophobic material,the static contact angle difference of water droplets on the pollution before and after hydrophobic substance transferring was compared using indirect test method,and the hydrophobic substance transfer was verified.According to the change trend of static contact angle on the polluted layer surface,the mechanism of hydrophobic substance transfer was deduced reasonably,and the hydrophobic substance transfer phenomenon was further analyzed by FTIR.The results show that the hydrophobic substance can be transferred from the superhydrophobic material to the diatomite pollution,making it show hydrophobic effect,but this transfer is not caused by the structure destruction and falling off of material.
