摘要
为了探索不同类型植物绝缘油和橡胶材料在相容性上的共性和差异性,为植物绝缘油变压器的设计选材提供参考,选取3种植物绝缘油和14种型号橡胶材料开展相容性研究。通过100℃/164 h老化试验,对比老化空白油样,研究不同橡胶材料对植物绝缘油酸值、介质损耗、击穿电压、微水含量、外观的影响程度。结果表明:普通丁腈橡胶和植物绝缘油的相容性较差,试验后绝缘油的介质损耗因数增大了15~20倍;硅橡胶、硅氟橡胶、氢化丁腈、耐植物油丙烯酸酯、耐植物油丁腈和植物绝缘油的相容性较好;相比大豆基植物绝缘油,菜籽基植物绝缘油的击穿电压和颜色受橡胶材料的影响较大。
In order to explore the commonness and difference of compatibility between different types of vegetable insulating oils and rubber materials and provide reference for the design and selection of vegetable insulating oil transformer,three kinds of vegetable insulating oils and fourteen types of rubber materials were selected to conduct compatibility study.Compared with the aged blank oil sample,the effects of different rubber materials on the acid value,dielectric loss,breakdown voltage,moisture content,and appearance of the vegetable insulating oils were studied through ageing tests at 100℃for 164 h.The results show that the compatibility of common nitrile rubber and vegetable insulating oil is poor,and the dielectric loss factor of the insulating oils increases 16~21 times after the ageing test.The compatibilities of silicone rubber,silicone fluorine rubber,hydrogenated nitrile,vegetable oil resistant acrylate,and vegetable oil resistant nitrile with vegetable insulating oils are better.Compared with the soybean-based vegetable insulating oil,the breakdown voltage and color of the rapeseed-based vegetable insulating oil are affected by rubber materials largely.
