摘要
当前±1100 kV直流输电工程中,平波电抗器复合支柱绝缘子每柱结构由5节单元件组成。近来相关厂家打破常规的5节单元件的布置方式,改用4节布置方式并完成复合支柱绝缘子的结构设计。使用仿真计算软件,对设计的新型平波电抗器复合支柱绝缘子的力学性能进行了仿真分析。结果表明:结构改进后的复合支柱绝缘子强度符合相关设计规范指标;在地震荷载的作用下,新型复合支柱绝缘子强度安全系数大于相应设计规范要求,可以满足±1100 kV等级平波电抗器的抗震性能要求。
In current±1100 kV DC transmission project,the composite post insulator of smoothing reactor was composed of 5 units.Recently,relevant manufacturers have changed the 5 section units of conventional layout to 4 section units and completed the structural design of composite post insulator.The mechanical properties of the new type composite post insulator for smoothing reactor were analyzed by simulation software.The results show that the strength of the new type composite post insulator after structure improvement can meet the relevant design specifications.Under the effect of seismic load,the strength safety factor of the new type composite post insulator is larger than the design specification requirements,and can meet the seismic performance requirement of±1100 kV smoothing reactor.
